This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tanjung Priok for the position of PPIC Staff (Production Planning and Inventory Control). The PPIC Staff will be responsible for coordinating production planning and scheduling, managing inventory to meet production targets, monitoring raw materials and production progress, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring on-time delivery. The role also involves communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with production standards and internal procedures.

• Strong skills in Production Planning and Scheduling
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and Resource Allocation
• Ability to monitor raw materials, production flow, and supply chain coordination
• Analytical skills for process optimization, data analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency in using relevant software, such as ERP systems and MS Office
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industries is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required
