Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and manage production schedules based on forecasts and product launch timelines.
Coordinate production activities and material readiness with maklon partners.
Monitor and control raw material and finished goods inventory.
Analyze production data to identify risks, delays, and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate effectively with R&D, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Marketing teams.
Prepare regular reports for management on production and inventory status.
Lead and develop the PPIC team for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC or Production Planning (preferably in cosmetics/FMCG).
Proven experience in Production Planning and developing production schedules.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Excellent communication and cross-department coordination ability
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
