Job Description

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Transform raw data into meaningful insights for business users
  • Perform data analysis to support decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports
  • Create and maintain proper documentation for reports and data models
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting needs
  • Present insights and explain findings in a clear and structured way

Minimum Qualifications

General Requirement

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience using Power BI
  • Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and self-driven working attitude
  • Good documentation skills and ability to do knowledge transfer
  • Able to clearly explain analysis results and how they are derived
  • Communication & presentation skills
  • Basic banking/financial industry knowledge

Technical Requirement

  • Power BI (data visualization, dashboarding)
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Basic Visual Basic / Macro
  • Power Pivot
