What you'll do

• Monitor policy and regulatory updates relevant to our company and its functions
• Support meetings by preparing background research, taking notes, documenting minutes, and following up on action items
• Assist in developing presentation materials and slide decks by coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams
• Provide personal assistant support to the Head of Corporate Affairs
• Manage administrative arrangements for Corporate Affairs events and initiatives.

Essential for the role

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Good in English, both written and spoken.
• Interested in policy research and familiar with government processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a full-time basis.
