Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee salary data, allowances, deductions, overtime, and other compensation components.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including BPJS, insurance, leave, and other welfare programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare reports related to payroll, benefits, headcount, and manpower costs.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and personnel records.
  • Coordinate with finance and external vendors related to payroll and benefits matters.
  • Participate in HR projects related to compensation structure and employee welfare improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Administration.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor laws, and government regulations.
  • Experience in handling BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and other employee benefits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with numbers accurately.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
