As Personal Assistant to CEO, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Serving as the first point of contact, coordinate appointments, handling email correspondence & phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining clear and professional communication
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and board meetings
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, & reports for the CEO
- Liaising effectively with staff, suppliers, and clients to foster productive relationships
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient cross-functional communication and execution of tasks
- Collating and filing expenses, ensuring accurate financial documentation.
- Handle travel arrangements for the CEO
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, International Relation, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proactive and resourceful, capable of taking initiative and working independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in English grammar, spelling, and writing to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
- Possess a calm and professional demeanor to handle diverse situations
- Demonstrates tact and discretion, as you'll be dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Experienced in handling accounts and budgets
- A good understanding of the Microsoft Office, and G-suite to efficiently handle business-related tasks
