Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support the CEO in day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-up action items.
- Handle confidential documents and information with a high level of discretion.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with project tracking, research, and the preparation of reports as required.
- Organize and maintain executive files, records, and documents.
- Support the CEO in personal tasks and ad-hoc administrative needs.
- Ensure smooth communication flow and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Anticipate operational needs and proactively propose solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Fluent in English C1 level; TOEFL/IELTS or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficient in office and productivity tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or creative environment.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and interpersonal skills
