As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will hold the steering wheel of Velixir Parfums digital growth engine. You will be fully responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing our paid media budget across major advertising platforms to drive massive traffic and high converting sales. Your primary mission is to scale our customer acquisition aggressively while maintaining a healthy Return on Ad Spend. You must be an analytical thinker who can turn complex data points into creative, high performing ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and manage end to end paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including TikTok Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Monitor daily ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS closely to ensure maximum efficiency of the marketing budget.
- Conduct continuous A B testing on ad creatives, hook angles, landing pages, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to discover high converting formulas.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and copywriting teams to brief them on the exact visual assets and video hooks needed based on performance data trends.
- Allocate and scale advertising budgets strategically across different campaigns to match inventory availability and product drop schedules.
- Analyze complex marketing funnels, diagnose drop off points, and implement effective retargeting or lookalike audience strategies.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and clear strategic recommendations for the management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a highly analytical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands on experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or Digital Ads Specialist, specifically handling large scale ad budgets within the beauty, cosmetics, or fast growing E commerce industry.
- Deep technical mastery of TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Shopee Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret numbers into consumer behavior trends and strategic actions.
- Up to date with the latest privacy regulations, tracking technologies, and attribution modeling changes in the digital advertising landscape.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for deep data slicing, dashboard building, and performance tracking.
- Resilient, agile, and capable of making fast, high stakes decisions in a high volume, fast paced campaign environment.
