We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own digital marketing campaigns across multiple markets. You will manage paid advertising, technical SEO, GEO/AI search visibility, and marketing analytics to drive qualified leads and measurable business outcomes — working closely with the CMO, Sales, Creative, and Web teams to keep all activities aligned with commercial objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management:
- Plan, build, and manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns across multiple markets.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid optimization to meet lead generation and brand awareness KPIs.
- Brief and review website copy to ensure messaging aligns with campaign objectives.
SEO & Web Analytics:
- Oversee regular technical SEO audits across all commsult-owned websites and coordinate remediation.
- Support Schema Markup implementation and validation.
- Monitor indexing status via Google Search Console to update sitemap documentation and maintain GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setup
GEO & AI Search Visibility:
- Research, plan, and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
- Write and maintain robots.txt and llms.txt files; build GEO action plans and monitor AI citation presence across commsult domains.
Tracking & Attribution:
- Design and maintain the UTM naming convention and tagging framework across all channels. Implement UTM parameters for paid campaigns, events, email blasts, and organic social.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare monthly Marketing KPI reports covering all active channels.
- Analyze qualified leads by acquisition source and maintain lead source attribution.
- Provide regular updates and support data-driven decision-making across the commercial team.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth campaign implementation and quality of all published materials, including website management (from conception to production).
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4 years hands-on digital marketing or performance marketing experience
- Proven Google Ads management experience
- Multi-market campaign experience across more than one country or region
- Proficient in GA4, GTM, and Google Search Console
- Strong written English; Bahasa Indonesia native or fluent
- B2B or enterprise software background preferred
