In this role, you'll own end-to-end paid performance campaignsturning business objectives into scalable media strategies, optimizing daily for impact, and uncovering insights that drive real-world results. What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with Copywriters and the creative team to develop compelling ad content and optimize messaging strategies.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization techniques.
- Manage budgets to maximize Return On Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform and improve advertising strategies.
- Create and maintain advertising dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Work closely with e-commerce teams to integrate advertising strategies.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive app installs, user engagement, and other key performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement strategic initiatives to increase company profitability.
- Strong knowledge on Universal App Campaign
You're a Great Fit If You
- +4 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns on digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Strategic skills to identify opportunities and implement initiatives to increase company revenue.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Experience managing e-commerce ad campaigns.
- Preferably, experience working in an agency environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques.
- A keep understanding of different ad strategies and the ability to adapt to various campaign goals.
