We are a creative agency based in Bali, working with ambitious brands across categories and markets. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team not a generalist, not someone who runs ads, but a proven expert in scaling campaigns and driving measurable growth.

You will lead paid search and paid social performance across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is a role for someone who has mastered the mechanics of these platforms and understands how to unlock their full potential for growth at scale.

• Design and manage campaign structures across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
• Optimize bidding, budgets, targeting, and creative testing with precision.
• Implement and refine tracking, attribution, and CAPI integrations.
• Drive efficiency and scale across big budgets with a relentless focus on ROAS and CPA.
• Translate data into clear insights and actionable strategy.

• Depth, not basics: advanced SEM/PPC expertise and mastery of performance marketing.
• Experience handling big budgets with confidence and proven results.
• Obsessive attention to detail, data, and efficiency.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
