Job Description
Develop, launch, and optimize profitable ad campaigns across all assigned platforms.
Oversee total daily budget pacing, ensuring adherence to client spend limits and minimizing budget volatility across all platforms.
Monitor daily performance metrics and implement immediate surgical adjustments to campaigns exhibiting signs of fatigue or underperformance.
Analyze performance data to diagnose issues, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for future strategy development.
Deliver concise monthly performance reports focusing on key financial metrics.
Meta Ads
Develop, manage, and optimize audience targeting and ensure strategic allocation across TOFU/MOFU/BOFU funnels.
Manage campaign structures using advanced Budget Optimization and utilize Advantage+ tools and Dynamic Creative Assets to drive efficient, scaled performance across all ad sets.
Design and produce necessary ad creatives, including static images, carousels, and short-form videos, using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies for all elements to continually improve conversion rates and lower costs.
Google Ads
Conduct detailed keyword research, build hyper-relevant Ad Groups, and diligently manage Negative Keyword Lists to protect budget from irrelevant spend.
Implement strategies to maintain a high Quality Score by ensuring message alignment between keywords, ad copy, and landing page content.
Manage asset groups and final URL expansions for Performance Max campaigns to drive scalable conversions.
Optimize campaign bidding strategies, keywords targeting, and budget allocation to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to business financial goals.
TikTok Ads
Own the end-to-end production of TikTok ad assets, including sourcing raw footage (from client or stock), editing for fast cuts, adding platform-native elements (text, sounds), and finalizing creative using tools like CapCut.
Manage the rapid testing cycle required for TikTok, continually producing new concepts to combat high creative fatigue.
Ensure creative assets adhere to the authentic, organic-style content that performs best in the TikTok platform.
Optimize campaigns toward lower-funnel conversion events (purchases/leads) while capitalizing on TikTok's lower cost-per-view traffic.
