The Role:
We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to own full-funnel paid media execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
You'll work closely with strategists, creatives, and account managers to turn business objectives into campaigns that deliver real results.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and confident managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
What You'll Do:
Planning & Setup
- Interpret briefs and translate them into structured media plans
- Build and launch campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads & TikTok Ads
- Ensure clean setup: targeting, budgets, naming conventions, and tracking
Tracking & Measurement
- Work with GA4 and GTM for pixel, event and conversion tracking
- Ensure accurate data flow and troubleshoot tracking issues where needed
Optimisation & Management
- Monitor campaign performance daily (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPL)
- Conduct A/B tests on audiences, creatives and bidding strategies
- Identify optimisation opportunities and implement improvements
- Align creatives with performance goals by collaborating with design & content teams
Reporting & Insights
- Build performance reports in Looker Studio or similar tools
- Share weekly/monthly insights and next-step recommendations
- Present results to internal team and account managers (clients when required)
Requirements:
- 23 years hands-on experience running paid ads (agency preferred)
- Strong execution skills across Google Ads + Meta Ads
- Experience with TikTok Ads is a bonus (not mandatory)
- Comfortable with GA4, GTM, and data interpretation
- Analytical and detail-oriented you care about accuracy
- Able to manage multiple accounts while meeting deadlines
- Communicates clearly with both internal teams and clients
- Google Ads or Meta certification is a plus
