Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Head, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid growth strategies to drive qualified leads and measurable business results across multiple channels. You will work closely with the Founder to align paid growth strategy with business objectives, while collaborating with the Marketing Head for execution alignment and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive weekly & monthly paid growth targets across multiple channels
• Lead end-to-end paid strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI and scalable growth
• Develop and test structured growth hypotheses across funnels and traffic sources
• Lead and coordinate internal team members and external contractors
• Provide creative direction for high-performing ad concepts and messaging
• Monitor performance, generate insights, and present data-driven recommendations
• Explore and test new traffic sources and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent multitasking and project management skills
