Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic ads, and other digital channels).
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with brand, creative, and content teams to develop compelling ad assets that align with campaign goals.
  • Manage campaign budgets, track spend, and ensure optimal allocation across channels.
  • Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and competitor activities.
  • Support overall growth strategy by contributing ideas for acquisition, retention, and remarketing initiatives.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with strict industry regulations while maintaining creativity and engagement.
  • Support the development of innovative growth strategies despite regulatory limitations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong understanding of funnel strategies, attribution models, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Creative thinker who can collaborate with design and content teams for ad production.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for digital marketing.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with a track record of hitting acquisition and ROI targets.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
