We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with 35 years of hands-on experience to lead and optimize our paid media campaigns. This role requires a data-savvy marketer who can execute across platforms while strategically integrating KOL marketing to drive measurable growth.
An interest in gaming or previous experience in the gaming industry will be a strong advantage, as you&aposll be working closely with campaigns tailored for the gaming community.
Requirements:
- 35 years of proven experience managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong understanding of KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing and the ability to effectively integrate it into paid media strategies.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns focused on both short-term performance and long-term brand growth.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across digital marketing platforms.
- Experience in or interest in the gaming industry is a strong plus.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) are a must, as this role involves frequent collaboration and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Align paid media efforts with KOL marketing campaigns to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Develop and execute growth-focused strategies that combine paid, KOL, and organic marketing efforts.
- Take ownership of budget planning and allocation, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide actionable insights and implement data-driven optimizations.
- I&aposd like you to collaborate cross-functionally with the growth, creative, and product teams to align on messaging, targeting, and campaign goals.
- Continuously test new platforms, formats, and creatives to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare clear and concise performance reports for management, outlining key results, learnings, and recommended next steps.
