Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks across the organization.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business goals into measurable performance objectives.
- Drive the performance review process, including goal-setting, calibration, and feedback sessions.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers to ensure fair, transparent, and effective performance evaluations.
- Analyze performance data and generate insights to inform talent development, succession planning, and reward strategies.
- Develop and deliver communication and training programs related to performance management.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other COEs to align performance management with learning, rewards, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated with market best practices to enhance performance culture and drive high-impact outcomes.
- Develop and manage benefit mapping programs that support employee attraction, retention, and motivation.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including insurance, leave entitlements, wellness programs, and other rewards.
- Produce regular reports and analytics related to employee performance, compensation trends, and benefits utilization.
- Utilize HRIS and other tools to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience with at least 4 years focused on performance management or talent management.
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven track record in leading performance cycles in large or complex organizations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in change management and driving culture transformation is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HRIS and performance management tools.
- Proven experience in designing benefit strategies.
- Experience in a dynamic or fast-paced business environment (e.g., multinational company, tech, or FMCG) is preferred.
