Job Description

Review and analyze employees benefits programs (bank wide and subsidiaries) and recommend any improvement or introduce new benefit program that fit to the company in order to improve employees well-being and companys objectives.

Strategy and Planning

  • Provide research and benchmarking as well as market comparison to ensure market competitiveness
  • Conduct analysis on the existing benefit programs for any improvement
  • Introduce new initiatives related to employees benefit to improve employees well-being, retain talents and improve productivity

Business Performance and Management

  • Provide advisory/guidance and respond to inquiries related to employees benefit programs
  • Initiate vendor biddings as required regarding benefits renewal to ensure cost effectiveness and service level to the company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR division, with heavy concentration in handling benefit banking or financial services industries
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical, reasoning, and numerical skill
  • Proficient with English (spoken & written)
  • Hybrid working
