Review and analyze employees benefits programs (bank wide and subsidiaries) and recommend any improvement or introduce new benefit program that fit to the company in order to improve employees well-being and companys objectives.
Strategy and Planning
- Provide research and benchmarking as well as market comparison to ensure market competitiveness
- Conduct analysis on the existing benefit programs for any improvement
- Introduce new initiatives related to employees benefit to improve employees well-being, retain talents and improve productivity
Business Performance and Management
- Provide advisory/guidance and respond to inquiries related to employees benefit programs
- Initiate vendor biddings as required regarding benefits renewal to ensure cost effectiveness and service level to the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs degree
- At least 5 years of experience in HR division, with heavy concentration in handling benefit banking or financial services industries
- Attention to detail, strong analytical, reasoning, and numerical skill
- Proficient with English (spoken & written)
