Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a People Development Staff. This role plays a key part in enhancing employee potential through training, competency development, and effective performance management programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in People Development / Talent Management, preferably in group-level or multi-entity organizations.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS), including e-learning content development.
- Familiar with Training Needs Analysis, Learning Evaluation (Kirkpatrick/ROI), and Assessment Centers.
- Experienced in Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Competency Framework development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and learning analytics.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage.
- Willing to be based at PIK, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara
