Join us and play a key role in building a high-performing workforce in a dynamic FMCG environment.

What you will do:

  • Lead & manage People Development initiatives, including training programs, learning strategies, and capability development aligned with business goals.
  • Drive Organization Development (OD) initiatives such as organizational design, culture transformation, and change management.
  • Oversee the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring effective recruitment strategies, employer branding, and quality hiring to support business growth for each SBUs.
  • Develop & implement Talent Management frameworks including talent readiness, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
  • Manage Talent Movement & Career Development, ensuring internal mobility and structured career progression across functions.
  • Establish programs that strengthen Talent Adaptability, preparing employees to thrive in dynamic business environments.
  • Lead assessment and talent evaluation processes to identify high potential employees and support strategic workforce planning.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with organizational objectives.

We are looking for you who:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 810 years of HR experience, with strong exposure in People Development, Organization Development, Talent Management, and Recruitment.
  • Experience in FMCG or fast-paced industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of talent assessment tools, succession planning, and competency frameworks.
  • Proven leadership capability with experience managing HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.
  • Ability to build a high-performance culture and future ready workforce.
