Job descriptions :
- Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, desserts, and sweet treats
- Develop and implement new pastry menu items
- Manage pastry inventory and ordering
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and promotions
Job Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience in a sous chef pastry
- Diploma or degree in pastry arts or related field
- Proven experience with a variety of pastry techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- HACCP certification preferred
