Job Description
- Design and execute targeted outreach strategies to identify, engage, and qualify high-potential distribution partners.
- Lead discovery and solution-driven meetings that foster strong relationships, uncover partner needs, and translate them into opportunities for collaboration.
- Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships that deliver value for both Finfra and our partners, while laying the foundation for scalable growth.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure partnership strategies align with company objectives, product roadmap, and evolving market opportunities.
- Represent Finfra externally at partner meetings, industry forums, and events to expand our presence and strengthen brand credibility.
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Strategic Sales.
- Proven track record in the fintech lending, payments, SaaS, or embedded finance space.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify high-impact opportunities and turn them into concrete outcomes.
- Highly proactive with strong follow-through and ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, capable of building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of loan products, embedded finance platforms, or regulatory compliance is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
