Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Partnership & Channel Manager to expand our market reach through strategic alliances, distribution partners, and ecosystem collaborations. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that accelerate customer acquisition, strengthen brand positioning, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
You will act as the bridge between our company and external stakeholdersindustry associations, communities, resellers, and corporate partnersensuring that every collaboration drives measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Identify and onboard channel partners, resellers, and ecosystem collaborators.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across industries.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing and Sales team to leverage partnerships for lead generation, co-marketing, and joint events/webinars.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance (pipeline contribution, revenue impact, retention).
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Continuously scan the market for new opportunities to expand distribution and market presence.
QualificationsMust-Have:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management (SaaS, B2B tech, or HR-related industries preferred).
- Strong track record in negotiating deals, building alliances, and delivering measurable results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

- Experience running co-branded campaigns or joint go-to-market initiatives.
