Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Padel Coach located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Padel Coach will be responsible for coaching players, preparing training programs, and providing feedback to ensure player development. The coach will also organize and conduct padel training sessions, maintain equipment, and collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching padel and developing training programs
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire players of all skill levels
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications
• Passion for padel and a commitment to player development
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
