Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Padel Coach based in Jakarta . The role involves leading coaching sessions for individuals and groups, developing training plans tailored to players abilities and goals, and organizing workshops and events to further engage the padel community. The coach will also be responsible for evaluating player performance, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring that safety protocols are observed during all activities. Collaboration with the administrative team may also be required to support promotional and community-building efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Padel coaching techniques, game strategy, and player development
• Strong skills in communication, mentorship, and motivating players
• Experience in organizing sports activities, workshops, and community events
• Possess certifications and qualifications required to coach Padel players
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to an energetic, dynamic workplace
• Passion for sports and promoting an active, healthy lifestyle
• Prior experience in coaching or training within the sports industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in English; other languages are an asset
