Job Title: Overseas Sales Manager (Remote–Indonesia)

Reporting Line: Overseas Sales Manager (Beijing Headquarters)

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Overseas Sales Manager to drive market expansion and sales growth in Indonesia. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong experience in scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, or industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and collection targets
  • Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including bidding, quotation, negotiation, contract signing, and follow-through to delivery and payment
  • Build and manage local distributors and channel partners, providing training and support
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and after-sales service
  • Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars, and product promotion activities
  • Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, and competitor analysis for headquarters

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; Engineering background preferred (Mechanical, Chemical, Biological, Instrumentation, or related fields)
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, or industrial equipment
  • Experience selling grinding machines, centrifuges, or sample pretreatment equipment is preferred
  • Proven experience in developing overseas markets and managing B2B sales processes
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and key account management skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional local language skills are an advantage
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup
  • Willingness to travel frequently
