Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard.
- Support documentation, reporting, and process tracking across different departments.
- Assist in monitoring supply chain and logistics workflows, from order entry to delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Provide general business support, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and vendor follow-ups.
- Help implement process improvements to streamline efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles; fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with basic ERP tools is a plus.
- Service-minded, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
