We are looking for an Operations Analyst to analyse customer behaviour, identify trends, and act as a system administrator. The role requires sharp attention to detail, quick decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This is a night shift position with working hours from 11pm to 8am WIB. We are specifically looking for somebody with prior experience in any sort of night shift position.

High English fluency and a technical background are also must haves for this role.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct analysis of customer behaviour and identify trends that enhance the system.
• Configure the platform as a system administrator as required.
• Process and manage data accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to report any issues or unusual activity.
• Ensure timely and efficient task completion.
