Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational risks across business units.
Support the implementation and maintenance of Operational Risk tasks such as RCSA, KRI, and LED.
Assist in monitoring risk mitigation action plans and follow up with related stakeholders.
Assist the Head of Risk Management in organizing the Risk Management Committee (RMC).
Risk Management assessment and another task related to Operational Risk
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Economics, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 2 years of work experience, including a minimum of 1 year in Operational Risk Management.
Experience in banking or P2P lending industry will be highly preferred.
Good understanding of Operational Risk task concepts such as RCSA, KRI, and LED.
Experience in preparing or contributing to Operational Risk Management opinions or assessments.
