About the team
The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive e-commerce sales across paid digital platforms like TikTok Shop and Tokopedia.
- Manage and continuously optimize paid campaigns on key platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic channels.
- Lead end-to-end digital marketing projects, including creating detailed media plans and serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Creative, Brand, Social Media, KOLs) and external partners to conduct A/B testing and improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign performance against key objectives, delivering actionable insights and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Evaluate and manage proposals from media partners and agencies to ensure campaigns deliver maximum value and ROI for the brand.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations, and manage the implementation of data & tech solutions to enhance targeting and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field with minimum 2-3 years of working experience as an Online Marketing Associate or Digital Marketing area, preferable in eCommerce or digital marketing agency industry.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital advertising (TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Display Video 360, Meta Ads, Programmatic), and Analytical tools (Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics, AppsFlyer or Adjust or Branch). Preferably having active certifications.
- Skilled in data analysis and data management, utilizing intermediate Excel skills to organize and interpret data.
- Experienced managing relationships with agencies and/or media partners.
Preferred qualification:
- Experience with TikTok Shop is a plus
