Identify potential business opportunities by acquiring merchants (online) and payment gateway, local and overseas, for ShopeePay and other SoF available (SPayLater & Seabank).
Assist merchants and payment gateway partners, end-to-end, from onboarding and integration to the activation process.
Managing and growing the merchants and payment gateway through marketing activity and collaboration to promote ShopeePay and other SoF available (SPayLater & Seabank) to drive revenue and profitability of the partners by providing a regular performance review.
Build strong coordination with internal stakeholders from the product, marketing, operations, legal, finance, and other teams.
Continuously identify business opportunities to improve ShopeePay and other SoF available (SPayLater & Seabank) products, focus on business-centric and customer-centric initiatives, roll out to understand partners needs, improve customer experience, and drive the number of transactions.
Requirements
Bachelor's and Master's degrees in any field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive and driven both in English and Bahasa.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in business development and partnership in the fintech industry
Data-driven knows how to operate pivot tables and translate to decks for reporting purposes to external partners.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Strategic thinking and a team player.
Fast learner and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
