Role Overview
Are you a dynamic and strategic Offline Activation Manager looking to make a significant impact across Southeast Asia SKINTIFIC is seeking a proactive leader to drive our regional event activations, enhancing our brand visibility and contributing to business growth. If youre a proactive leader with a knack for integrating events into a broader marketing strategy, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Event Planning: Develop and oversee SKINTIFIC&aposs regional event strategy, ensuring alignment with business and marketing goals. Lead the planning and execution of large-scale events, including beauty exhibitions, while creating standardized SOPs to maintain consistency and quality across all regional events.
- Budget Management & ROI: Optimize event budgets, maximize ROI, and generate revenue through strategic event activations.
- Holistic 360 Marketing Strategy: Integrate events into our broader marketing strategy, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive brand visibility and sales growth.
- Sales Operations: Partner with sales and event teams to leverage events as key platforms for engaging with customers and achieving business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the event teams, providing guidance, support, and training.
- Ensure alignment with SKINTIFICs event strategy and equip the team with the skills and resources to succeed
- Performance & Process Optimization: Track event performance, optimize processes, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in event management, with a focus on strategic planning and execution, ideally within the beauty, personal care, or FMCG industry
- Proven success managing BTL activations on a national or international scale
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with expertise in event planning, budget management, and ROI optimization
- Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes across the organization
