Social Media Community Manager

Abyssian is an active beauty hair care brand sold at Sephora, dedicated to empowering vibrant, active lifestyles with high-performance, sustainable hair&scalp care solutions.

Were seeking a dynamic Social Media Community Manager to amplify our brands presence and engage our community with authenticity and energy.

PACKAGE

Salary: 5 - 7,000,000 IDR/month, depending on experience

Monday to Friday, 9 to 6pm - BALI time zone / 12 days annual leave + Public Holidays.

+1.5M IDR worth of products/3month + Yearly Bonus.

DUTIES:

  • Brand Collaboration Activation: Identify and contact similar active lifestyle brands to create strategic brand collaboration activations that align with Abyssians values and target audience.
  • UGC Content Creation: Reach out to active user-generated content (UGC) creators to develop authentic, engaging content that showcases Abyssians products in real-world, active settings.
  • Community Event Seeding: Seed run clubs, yoga classes, and other active clubs with Abyssian products to create branded events that foster community engagement and brand visibility.
  • Social Media and Press Engagement: Actively increase Abyssians social media presence online and in the press
  • Content Strategy Execution: Develop and execute with our content creation team a social media content calendar that highlights Abyssians products, values, and active lifestyle ethos across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and FB.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on social media KPIs, providing insights to optimize engagement, reach, and conversions for Abyssians campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably for beauty, wellness, or active lifestyle brands.
  • Proven ability to identify and secure brand partnerships or collaborations with like-minded companies.
  • Strong understanding of UGC strategies and experience working with content creators in the beauty or fitness space.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling, brand-aligned messages.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) to track performance and inform strategy.
  • Passion for active lifestyles, with knowledge of run clubs, yoga communities, or similar active groups.
