Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Art & Photography, Digital Media, or related field
- Proven work with at least a 2 years in social media management, especially in Beauty and Personal Care industry
- A creative-minded person that has strong knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and content performance
- Skilled in content briefing, copywriting, and trend adaptation in Instagram and TikTok
- Proficient in CapCut, Canva, and video editing. Have knowledge of AI tools is a plus
- Able to lead content ideation, manage campaigns, and guide junior team members
- Have good communication skills both fluently in Bahasa and English
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end social media execution, from content ideation to implementation, aligned with brand campaigns and content pillars.
- Responsible to ensure the consistent and high-quality brand presence on social media
- Brief and coordinate with design and video teams, ensuring content quality and timely delivery.
- Manage social media content calendars (Instagram & TikTok), ensuring on-time publishing and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Monitor content performance, analyze insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Guide and mentor junior team members or interns in executing tasks.
- Collaborate with PR, Creative, and Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns
