Network Engineer

Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Network & Security Engineer to support and maintain enterprise network and security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing network operations, troubleshooting issues, ensuring system security compliance, and supporting continuous infrastructure improvements

Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily network and security operations to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot network, firewall, VPN, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Support implementation and configuration of network and security solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, governance, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in infrastructure improvement and R&D initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation related to network and security infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for operational support and project delivery.
• Provide technical support and incident resolution when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Network & Security Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with network security technologies and infrastructure management.
• Experience with Switch & WLAN, Routing, VPN, Firewall, and Endpoint Management.
• Familiar with security technologies such as Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of security monitoring and event management systems (SIEM/EMS).
• Knowledge of security best practices, governance, and compliance standards.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and willingness to handle operational support activities.
