Enterprise Network Engineer

Analyze customer network requirements and project scope

Implement network solutions based on approved Scope of Work

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues on customer sites

Create project and maintenance documentation

Escalate complex technical issues to principals/vendors when needed

Support ongoing and new network projects

Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields

Minimum 3 years of experience in networking

Strong understanding of:

• OSI Layer

• LAN, Switching, and WLAN

• Routing (static & dynamic: OSPF, BGP, IS-IS)

Hands-on experience with Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Fortinet, or Palo Alto products

Used to creating technical and maintenance documentation

Certifications such as CCNA or HCIA (Routing & Switching) are highly preferred

Fast learner with strong curiosity for new technologies

Proactive and self-driven

Strong troubleshooting mindset

Able to work under pressure and meet project timelines
