We are looking for a passionate and experienced MYP (Middle Years Programme) Science Tutor to support students in mastering key concepts and developing strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring in MYP Science subjects (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Integrated Science).
Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
Reinforce scientific concepts through clear explanations, examples, and practical applications.
Identify areas of difficulty and tailor lessons to meet individual learning needs.
Encourage inquiry-based learning and critical thinking aligned with the IB philosophy
Requirements:
Strong background in Science (Bachelors degree in Science, Education, or related field; higher qualifications preferred).
Prior teaching/tutoring experience in the IB MYP framework.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Patient, supportive, and able to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
