MTSS Coordinator - BINUS SCHOOL Serpong

Job Description:

• Assist the Principal to design the outline of curriculum which includes is customized to adapt to high content of the international curriculums.
• Work Closely with Wellbeing Coordinator to integrate student emotional well-being, and social-emotional learning (SEL) into academic programs.
• Identify gaps in student support systems and propose solutions to enhance intervention effectiveness.
• Ensure that MTSS implementation aligns with school policies, education standards, and best practices
• Monitor student assessment programs, including formative and summative assessments

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 7 years of working experience, or at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of international curricula (e.g., IB, Cambridge, etc.) and assessment practices
• In-depth knowledge of MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) principles and evidence-based intervention strategies
• Certified in MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports)
• Certification in coaching or mentoring (e.g., Cognitive Coaching, Instructional Coaching) is an advantage
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
