Merchandising Associate

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in merchandising, buying, or retail planning (preferably in beauty, FMCG, or fashion)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets; familiar with merchandising tools or dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Able to work independently and proactively manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail space planning is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product assortment planning and SKU rationalization by channel/store.
• Manage end-to-end stock allocation and replenishment across all points of sale.
• Analyze sales, stock, and sell-through data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate product launches with marketing, suppliers, and logistics teams.
• Review and act on slow-moving SKUs and initiate markdown or exit strategies.
• Own the preparation of weekly/monthly merchandising performance reports.
• Ensure flawless execution of visual merchandising (VM) standards and store layouts.
• Collaborate closely with e-commerce and retail teams to align assortment and promotional calendars.
