Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Business Development Managers in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam to expand our presence in the local market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the endoscopy/medical device industry and proven experience in channel management, KOL engagement, and clinical demo support.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, recruit, and manage local distributors/agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and healthcare institutions.
- Organize and conduct product demos, workshops, and training sessions.
- Drive local market development and achieve sales growth targets.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications- Minimum 35 years of experience in medical devices, preferably endoscopy (Stryker, Karl Storz, Olympus, or similar).
- Strong network in hospitals, surgical departments, and with medical distributors.
- Proven track record in business development and distributor management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and willing to travel frequently.
