Key Responsibilities:
Within the guidance of the Factory operating plan and the Group machinery guidelines, to provide the Plant with needle-and-thread (NT) machines and the associated spare-parts and work-aids, functional managerial leadership to the in-line Mechanics team, and preventive maintenance and repair standards which maximize production efficiency, quality, and safety
Key Requirements:
- Experience in the same position and related field for minimum 5 years
- High School or Diploma Degree from any major
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa & English is mandatory
- Hands on operation of PC using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point
- Having experience with ladies intimates bonding products, sport & active wear would be preference
- Know about tools, concepts and methodologies of garment machinery
- Master about Needle-and-Thread Machinery
- Understand sewing machine operation instruction & procedure
- Understand all sewing machine function and mechanical system
