Head of Production Department

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in label/packaging manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, & ISO 45001
• Proven experience in leading large teams (>100 people)
• Expertise in production, supply chain, and maintenance management
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Active and excellent communication and coordination skills across departments
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java

Job Descriptions :

• Lead and manage overall plant operations, including production, supply chain, and maintenance.
• Develop production schedules, set output targets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor and analyze production performance to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Ensure raw material availability and maintain optimal inventory levels of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure optimal machine performance through effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Plan, manage, and control budgets to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness across operations.
• Prepare reports for management on weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and structured performance management.
