Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Source and acquire new creators to join our TikTok MCN.
  • Recruit new team members (Marketing positions) for the MCN Division in Social Bread
  • Conduct research on effective sourcing strategies to increase the number of creators.
  • Manage and lead end-to-end communication with potential creators, from initial outreach through onboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Creator Management, KOL Specialist. or Influencer Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Strong understanding of the content creator ecosystem (TikTok)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
