Job Description:
We are looking for a Graphic Design and Video Editor who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual communication. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and branding teams to create engaging designs for various digital and print platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for social media content and digital marketing campaigns.
- Design engaging digital assets including social media graphics, banners, ads, and infographics.
- Produce and edit short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Apply motion graphics, transitions, color correction, subtitles, and audio synchronization to enhance video content.
- Translate marketing objectives into strong visual storytelling and design direction.
- Organize and manage content files, documentation, and related administrative tasks.
- Support social media marketing initiatives through creative content production.
- Participate as on-screen talent or presenter in promotional or educational video content when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Experience creating social media and digital marketing content.
- Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
- Basic understanding of social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creative Center, or similar analytics tools is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
