About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized
Marketing Operations Intern to support ongoing marketing initiatives and ensure smooth execution across campaigns. You will help streamline workflows, support campaign execution, and ensure timelines are well-managed—allowing the team to stay focused and perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Assist in managing timelines, task tracking, and coordination across stakeholders
- Help prepare materials and logistics for upcoming events
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are aligned and on schedule
- Monitor progress of ongoing tasks and proactively flag risks or delays
- Support documentation and handover processes for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Assist with ad hoc marketing tasks to reduce operational load on the Social Media team
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in event coordination, student organizations, or project management
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, or project management tools
- Interest in marketing operations and campaign execution
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
