Lead and implement short to mid-term strategic marketing plans including but not limited to campaign plans.
Own and drive campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
Proactively involve and drive any brand-building activities assigned including but not limited to PR, offline activations/BTL, and brand-centric campaigns.
Provide feedback and insight on market trends and competitors activities to review and adjust marketing strategy and plans that meet the changing market and competitive conditions.
Perform support duties including budgeting, reporting, and analytics maintaining marketing materials.
Digital marketing strategy, SEO effectiveness, e-commerce traffic
Proven success in ATL&BTL development and execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field.
Minimum 7 years work experience in Food & Beverages / FMCG Industry.
Proven running marketing campaign (offline and online) experience and proven track record of delivering results for rapid growth in a fast-paced work environment.
Solid presentation & negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships across many stakeholders both team and partners.
Strong knowledge of market/customer needs with good market analytics skills.
