Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Growth Marketing Manager located in Jakarta, with key focus on Gorry Gourmet healthy catering packages. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, managing marketing campaigns, utilizing marketing analytics for data-driven decisions, and implementing marketing automation tools. Daily tasks include coordinating projects, optimizing web analytics, and collaborating with various teams to drive user acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Growth Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Paid Ads Setting
• Experience with KOL Management, Brand Partnership, New Product Development, Market Research, Customer Experience Optimization
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools
• Experience in F&B consumer retail is an advantage
