Sales Marketing Manager (Textile Machinery)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager (Textile Machinery) located in Bandung. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee sales strategies, develop market plans, and foster strong relationships with clients to drive business growth within the textile machinery sector. Responsibilities include market analysis, generating leads, managing customer accounts, and coordinating with the team to achieve sales goals. Regular reporting on performance metrics and attending industry events or meetings to enhance visibility in the market will also be part of the position.

• Proven experience in Sales, Marketing Strategy, and Business Development
• Strong knowledge of textile machinery or related industries
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Account Management, and Relationship Building abilities
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
• Analytical mindset with expertise in Market Research and Forecasting
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Flexibility to work on-site in Bandung and willingness to travel as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• Background in mechanical or industrial engineering is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous
