Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role, based in Tangerang with the flexibility to work remotely. As a Marketing Intern, you will support marketing initiatives by conducting market research, contributing to marketing campaigns, assisting with strategy development, and supporting the sales and customer service teams. The role involves collaboration with team members to help represent and promote the Little Skoolz brand effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging content for social media
• Execute weekly posting schedule consistently
• Optimize captions and content to improve engagement and reach
• Monitor trends and propose fresh, relevant content ideas
• Support marketing campaigns aimed at increasing parent enquiries
• Track enquiries generated from social media and other marketing activities
• Assist in improving conversion from enquiry to school visit

Qualifications

• Confident in spoken and written English
• Creative but also analytical (able to look at numbers, not just aesthetics)
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working with targets
• Familiar with Canva and basic content editing tools
• Interested in branding, digital marketing, and growth strategies
• Responsible, proactive, and execution-focused
• Understanding of Sales and Marketing Strategy to assist in campaign planning and implementation.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
