Role Description

The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, analyzing web analytics data, creating engaging content, and assisting with online marketing initiatives. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Tangerang. The role provides hands-on experience in digital marketing and exposure to strategic tasks, ideal for those interested in advancing their career in the marketing field.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing techniques
• Understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and Web Analytics tools
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Able to speak and write in English (basic to intermediate is fine)
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working with a children/education environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Create simple and engaging content (posts, captions, stories, reels)
• Help with basic content planning and posting schedules
• Monitor social media engagement (likes, comments, messages)
• Reply to comments or messages in a polite and friendly manner
• Support basic digital marketing campaigns and promotions
• Assist with simple reports on social media performance
